The many loves of my life include my family, dancing, reading, and flowers. I can often be found at antique and thrift stores searching for my next little treasure. I love to eat all types of foods, especially Korean food and cheese, though not at the same time. I am horrific at keeping plants alive, despite my many attempts, but can handle cut flowers with ease. With a background in ballet and modern dance, my arrangements tend to take on a soft, flowing aesthetic.
I fell in love with planning weddings when I planned my own in 2011. My sister was planning hers at the same time and we had a blast looking at different venues, sampling different caterers and dress shopping together. I made countless spreadsheets, re-budgeted constantly, looked at hundreds of wedding related websites and loved every minute of it. I decided I might as well do what I love so I started this humble little wedding planning and floral business!

Whenever possible, we use fresh, seasonal, local flowers for our arrangements. We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible flowers, and to us, that means locally grown. We strive to support our local economy by parterning with local flower farms in the DC area.
We are committed to giving back to both our local and global community. Whether donating our flowers and services to an event or donating a portion of our proceeds to worthy organizations, we are always looking for ways to serve. With a passion for seeing an end to human trafficking, we are closely partnered with Fair Girls International, The Freely Collective and regularly donate to International Justice Mission.
